Join a growing commercial contractor as a Project Manager leading Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong expertise in budgeting, GMP development, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client engagement.

Description
* Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Lead CMAR delivery efforts alongside owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
* Develop and manage project budgets, GMP proposals, forecasts, and cost estimates.
* Oversee project schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities.
* Manage project financials while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and support staff
Profile
* 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
* Proven experience delivering CMAR projects for municipal, education, healthcare, or other public-sector clients.
* Strong knowledge of preconstruction services, GMP development, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
* Proficiency with Procore, Sage, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
