Description

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through final turnover and warranty completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and owners
  • Conduct project planning, risk assessment, and value engineering activities
  • Drive procurement efforts and subcontractor buyout processes
  • Monitor project costs and proactively manage changes and forecasts
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting
  • Support field teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

  • 8+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong background in commercial construction, retail construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
  • Experience leading subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional project teams
  • Knowledge of construction management software and project management tools
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
