Are you a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager ready to take on a new challenge? Our company is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Tech Services industry. We are at the forefront of technological advancements and require a forward-thinking individual who can manage complex construction projects in the Life Sciences, Biotech, and Educational sectors. This is a permanent position where you'll be working with a team of highly skilled professionals committed to delivering top-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management from initial planning to execution and completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure projects align with their objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate with project engineers, construction management teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Handle any issues or delays that arise in the project promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Continuously stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Life Sciences, Biotech, and Educational sectors.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
  • Prior experience working on construction projects in the Life Sciences, Biotech, and Educational sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  • Proficient in H.C.A.I., Medical Office (MOB/M.O.B.), Bio-Technology, Bio Tech, Civic, K-12/K-14, school district, Bio-Pharma, Bio Pharmaceutical project management.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
