Job Details

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting.
• Lead client communications and maintain strong project relationships.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Manage project procurement, subcontract administration, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Support project closeout, punch list completion, and final documentation.

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm.
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, institutional, multifamily, federal, or mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
