Summary: Responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and coordination across complex, fast-paced construction activities supporting mission-critical operations. The Project Manager will work closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery. - Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors across active campus environments
- Lead project planning meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder coordination
- Oversee procurement, material tracking, and long-lead equipment coordination
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards typical of hyperscale data center projects
- Monitor project costs, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and design coordination with engineering teams
- Drive schedule recovery plans and proactively resolve conflicts
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
