Job Details

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in the Caledonia, MI area and beyond.

In this role, you will:

Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project teams with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimation, and scheduling.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus.
