Job Details

We are currently seeking Senior Project Managers with MSBA school construction experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction leader who thrives on managing complex projects, developing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with clients and project partners.

The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams through all phases of construction, with responsibility for project execution, financial management, team development, client relationships, and overall project performance.

Responsibilities
Take an active leadership role throughout all phases of a project, including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services.
Lead, mentor, and develop project team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
Identify and address critical constructability issues, including associated costs, scheduling, and logistical considerations.
Maintain responsibility for project budgets, financial controls, forecasting, billing, collections, subcontractor payments, and change order management.
Prepare, manage, and resolve change orders, contracts, and other project documentation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
Proactively identify project risks and opportunities and develop strategies to maintain schedule, budget, quality, and overall project objectives.
Ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
Qualifications
10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
8+ years of experience managing MSBA school construction projects.
Extensive experience independently managing project budgets and schedules.
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing project staff.
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
