Our client offers a complete range of construction services for a wide range of project types. They have a proven track record in the construction industry and have become one of the top general contractors in Louisiana. They have three offices statewide, and are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Baton Rouge location.

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
Must have experience running projects upwards of $15M in value
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems efficiently and adapt to changing project needs.
Desire to grow career in LA
