Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a South Florida school project. This is an immediate opening for someone ready to lead a ground-up build from planning through delivery.

 

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
• Lead project planning, budgets, schedules, and coordination
• Manage communication with owners, designers, and subcontractors
• Keep the project aligned with scope, safety, and delivery requirements

 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
• 8+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in Florida
• Experience leading ground-up projects valued at $20 million or more
• A construction management or engineering degree and CM at Risk experience
