Construction Project Manager

Client is a top commercial construction general contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio looking to expand their municipal, higher education, and industrial division.

Job Description

Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations. Conduct regular site visits to oversee project execution and address any issues. Provide accurate and timely project updates to stakeholders. Resolve conflicts and challenges to maintain project momentum.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning to completion. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
