Client is a top class a, healthcare, and higher-ed and industrial construction general contractor with a growing portfolio.
Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all project sites.
Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project requirements.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues or challenges.
Maintain effective communication across all project teams and with clients.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
Experience with managing construction projects in the business services industry.
