Construction Project Manager

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience with $20M+ projects. Oversee on-site project activities and provide leadership to the construction team.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues to keep timelines on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
