Construction Project ManagerClient specializes in the education, hospitality, religious, and healthcare sectors.Job DescriptionPlan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion. Office based in Athens and project is onsite Atlanta. Starting timeline of 60-90 days. Manage project budgets and control costs effectively. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Lead and manage construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
