As a Construction Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding residential and commercial projects from start to finish. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring that every detail is taken care of with precision. You'll coordinate everything from manpower to materials, ensuring our high standards of quality are met and clients are satisfied.

We're looking for a proactive leader with at least three years of experience in construction project management. Experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction is a big plus. You'll need to be comfortable managing crews and subcontractors, and adept at scheduling and logistics. Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both team members and clients are essential. Compensation:

$24 - $34 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and resources are optimally allocated.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Monitor project budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial constraints while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe and secure worksite for all team members.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing proactive solutions to prevent project delays or issues.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing construction projects, particularly in roofing, windows, siding, and decking.
  • Ability to maintain and optimize production schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Proven track record of leading and supervising crews, and subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong skills in confirming project scopes, labor, materials, and timelines before commencement.
  • Capability to ensure projects remain within budget and meet quality standards.
  • Experience in visiting job sites to verify quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Ability to resolve field problems proactively to prevent customer impact and delays in project timelines.
