Construction Project ManagerClient is a top big box and retail construction general contractor with a growing portfolio.Job DescriptionTravel is required, with overnight visits to 2-3 active job sites every 1-2 weeks. Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to final delivery. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project progress. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout all project stages. Monitor project performance and address any issues or delays proactively. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials and equipment as needed for construction activities.
