Job Title:  Construction Project Manager 4
Location: Phoenix , AZ
Salary Range:  $90/hr to $100/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management, including cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• 3 years of experience in Construction Scheduling & Project Controls using tools like Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• 3 years of Technical Construction Expertise with electrical, mechanical, mission-critical, or infrastructure systems.
• Experience in data center, commissioning, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Background in electrical, mechanical, civil, or construction management disciplines.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Prior work experience at a client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience in data center, commissioning, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Background in electrical, mechanical, civil, or construction management disciplines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage multiple aspects of large-scale data center construction projects.
• Coordinate field walks, contractor activities, schedule reviews, and risk management.
• Collaborate with general contractors, trade partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues and review project progress.
• Lead meetings, track action items, and support turnover activities from construction through commissioning and operations.
