Job Title: Construction Project Manager / Datacenter Power Infrastructure Delivery Program ManagerJob Description
This role oversees the delivery of complex datacenter power infrastructure projects across the Americas region, with a focus on utility-related construction and maintenance of substations, transmission lines, and associated power systems. The Construction Project Manager / Program Manager coordinates end-to-end project delivery-from pre-programming and design development through construction and turnover to operations-ensuring that scope, schedule, and budget are consistently met. The position can be performed remotely, with a preference for candidates based in Iowa or Minnesota, and includes periodic travel to California to support datacenter power infrastructure initiatives.

Work Environment
This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in Iowa or Minnesota. The standard work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, and the role includes monthly travel to California to support datacenter projects. Work is primarily performed using standard office and collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and potentially Primavera P6. The role involves coordination with engineering and construction teams working in active utility and datacenter environments, where safety and compliance are critical. When visiting project sites, the position requires the use of specific safety equipment and attire, including a monitor, keyboard, headset, mouse, Class 2 safety helmet, Class 2 or higher safety vest, cut and impact-resistant gloves, ANSI Z87.1 or higher safety glasses or visor, composite toe work boots made of leather or leather alternative that extend at least 4 inches above the ankle (no low-cut or sneaker style), and a Class 2 or higher reflective jacket suitable for cold and wet weather. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
