We read books, listen to podcasts, and constantly invest in becoming better people, leaders, and teammates.We're looking for individuals who share that same mentality.Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on, full-accountability Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. This person will be fully responsible for both the strategic planning and day-to-day execution of 7-12 active projects at a time, ranging from remodels to full-scale new builds and developments.In our culture, Project Manager is an all-encompassing leadership role managing trades, schedules, budgets, communication, and quality on-site. This is not a desk job. You're expected to be in the field about half the time, and to take full ownership of the success and outcomes of the projects you lead.
Key Responsibilities1. Full Lifecycle Project Management
Create and develop construction budgets based on project goals, design intent, and material choices, working alongside the owner and designer
Daily Jobsite Oversight
Walk job sites daily to ensure trade performance, progress, and cleanliness
Ensure the job site is always inspection-ready
Budget and Financial Tracking
Develop and manage budgets for each project
Prepare documentation for lender draw requests and track actuals vs. budget
Subcontractor and Team Management
Build relationships with trades and vendors who align with company values, pricing, and quality standards
Assist in onboarding new subs and trade partners to support growth
Client and Stakeholder Communication
Act as the face of the project for clients, partners, and internal team members
