Job Description
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Prepare and present regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to maintain project efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the multifamily industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
