Role summary / purpose
We are looking for an Estimator to support the digital transformation of our Engineering & Construction estimating organization. The focus is on improving how our teams work through technology, data, automation, and AI.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with estimators to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate business needs into requirements for the development team.
- Help design, test, and roll out new digital solutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate work, and centralize data.

- Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working between business and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills and interest in technology, data, and AI.

- Experience in estimating, engineering, construction, technology, or product management.
