A day in the role
At 8:00 AM, you step onto the jobsite to verify progress, walk the work with foremen, and confirm safety measures are in full effect. By mid-morning, you are coordinating with architects and engineers to align drawings and resolve open RFIs. After lunch, you review change orders, update budgets and schedules, and prepare a concise status report for stakeholders.
