Construction Project Coordinator ( Residential)

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Irvine, CA. This onsite opportunity is with a high-end residential construction company specializing in luxury homes. The ideal candidate will support multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, documentation, and communications stay on track.

What You'll Do

Coordinate residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Track project schedules, milestones, permits, inspections, and deadlines

Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project files

Work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Support budgeting, invoice processing, change orders, and expense tracking

Assist with permit applications, approvals, and regulatory requirements

Participate in planning and design meetings

Conduct quality control reviews and identify potential issues before they impact schedules

Help improve workflows and project processes

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of construction coordination, project engineering, or project administration experience
• Strong understanding of residential construction and construction trades
• Experience managing permits, inspections, and project documentation
• Proficiency with Excel and construction management software
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Procore is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
