We invest in our employees, encourage continuous learning, and promote from within whenever possible.What You'll DoAs the Construction Project Coordinator, you'll serve as the administrative hub for multiple active construction projects, partnering with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and our corporate support teams. This position reports to the Director of Construction Operations - Carolinas and partners closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and corporate support teams.Responsibilities include:Coordinate administrative support for active construction projectsManage construction project documentation, drawings, and project records within Procore.Create and maintain project records, contacts, addresses, inspections, and closeout documentationAssist with project startup by coordinating job trailers, storage containers, fuel tanks, and utility accountsSupport subcontractors and vendors by providing Procore training and troubleshootingUpload permits and documentation to municipal and fire marshal portalsCreate change events and equipment purchase ordersCoordinate licensing requirements for current and future projectsMaintain office supply inventory for field officesAttend project meetings, document action items, and help keep project teams aligned.Track project documentation and assist with project startup, permitting, closeout, and ongoing administrative coordination.Support multiple projects while balancing changing prioritiesWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and keeping projects moving.Qualifications include:Experience supporting commercial or multifamily construction projects in a Project Coordinator, Construction Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Construction Administration role preferred.Procore experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Procore experience preferred.Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple departmentsYou'll Be Successful If YouEnjoy bringing structure to busy environmentsFollow through on commitmentsCommunicate clearly with field and office teamsSolve problems before they become larger issuesLearn new technology quicklyThrive in a fast-paced construction environmentWhy Join Stoa Group?At Stoa Group, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
