Position Overview:We’re looking for a proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support billing, contracts, and project setup, while providing administrative assistance to ensure projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate project invoices, including change orders.

  • Support contract review and compliance tracking.

  • Set up new jobs in the project management system with accurate budget and milestone inputs.

  • Assist with reports, documentation, AP/AR, and general administrative duties.

  • Work closely with project managers and the accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or construction billing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); construction software experience a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.

  • Familiarity with construction industry processes preferred.
