Construction Project Coordinator I

Supporting three senior Cx Managers across the IOA, conduit, and new-build/underwrite programs. Tracking and updating project spreadsheets, milestones, and schedules using Excel and project tracking tools.

Our Client, a Communication company, is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator I for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Executing back-office administrative tasks associated with project setup, tracking, and documentation.
• Tracking and updating project spreadsheets, milestones, and schedules using Excel and project tracking tools.
• Performing checklist-driven validations (funding verification, PO issuance, approvals, vendor status, etc.).
• Preparing basic project reports, updates, and presentation materials in PowerPoint as needed.
• Acting as a cross-functional coordination point among approximately 20-26 daily stakeholders.
• Supporting three senior Cx Managers across the IOA, conduit, and new-build/underwrite programs.
• Providing general administrative and coordination support for multi-year, tiered infrastructure programs.

 
Requirements:

• Years of experience: 1-3 working in a construction delivery environment.
• Understanding construction deliverable as builds, drawings, closeout documentation, material management, logistics
• Tools knowledge Excell, workflow management tools if any example One vision
