Role Scope
This role provides coordination and execution support across multiple projects. It is not
intended to be a fully independent project manager role at the start and does not
independently own pricing, contract changes, staffing decisions, or overall project financial
performance unless specifically authorized.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate understands how work gets done in the field and wants to use that
experience to help improve project execution from the office side.
This person is organized, dependable, practical, communicative, and comfortable following
up across multiple people, projects, and priorities.
This is a strong fit for someone transitioning from a field-based role into project
coordination or operations support.
Qualifications
Required
Practical field knowledge in electrical, lighting, EV charging, construction, service, or a
related trade
Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities across several active projects
Clear and professional communication skills
Sound judgment regarding urgency, escalation, and problem-solving
Ability to work with both field and office personnel
Ownership mentality and willingness to step in where needed
Preferred
Experience as a field technician, lead technician, foreman, service technician, or
similar hands-on role
Familiarity with project logistics, jobsite coordination, material planning, and vendor
communication
Experience supporting construction, service, electrical, EV charging, lighting,
generator, or infrastructure projects
Interest in growing into project coordination, operations, or project management
Key Responsibilities
Support multiple active projects, including EV charging, lighting, electrical, generator,
and related scopes of work
Assist with project coordination, scheduling, logistics, deliveries, pickups,
remobilizations, and completion tasks
Track open items, follow up on action items, and communicate project updates
internally
Use field knowledge to help interpret jobsite needs, material requirements,
sequencing, and installation challenges
Coordinate with field teams, office staff, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and
leadership
Assist with procurement, sourcing, delivery timing, and movement of project
materials, tools, and equipment
Help troubleshoot project issues, service concerns, installation deficiencies, and
jobsite obstacles
Maintain organized project notes, documentation, pending tasks, and follow-up
details
Escalate urgent, recurring, or unresolved issues to management
Reinforce company standards related to communication, preparation, accountability,
quality, and follow-through
