Trails End Custom Homes is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep our projects, clients, and team aligned from preconstruction through warranty.

This is a key role within our company and an opportunity to work directly with ownership on custom homes and high-end remodeling projects throughout the Charlotte region.

We're looking for someone who loves organization, communication, problem-solving, and creating great client experiences. If you're the type of person who enjoys keeping a lot of moving pieces on track and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll thrive in this position.

What You'll Do

As Project Coordinator, you'll be the organizational hub of each project.

You'll help coordinate:

• Client communication during preconstruction
• Design selections and decision tracking
• Permits and project documentation
• Buildertrend management
• Procurement and material tracking
• Change order administration
• Project schedules and milestones
• Punch lists and project closeout
• Warranty requests and follow-up

You'll work closely with our Owner/Project Manager and Site Superintendent to keep projects running smoothly while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

Required

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Strong computer and software proficiency

Preferred

• Residential construction experience
• Custom home or remodeling experience
• Buildertrend experience
• Construction administration or project coordination experience
