Position Summary:Anthony Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support an active construction project in Cecil County, MD. This role is responsible for maintaining project tracking systems, coordinating documentation workflows, managing subcontractor follow-up, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The position provides structured operational support to the Assistant Project Manager and field team.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is not a design engineering position. The Assistant Project Manager retains responsibility for technical review, contract interpretation, and schedule analysis. The Project Coordinator ensures accurate execution, documentation control, and workflow consistency.The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting active construction projects and can operate independently with minimal training in a fast-paced project environment. Project Documentation & Log ManagementMaintain and update submittal logs, RFI logs, material tracking logs, and change order tracking systemsTrack approval dates, anticipated delivery dates, and status updatesEnsure all documentation is accurately uploaded and organized within ProcoreMaintain version control of project documents and ensure records remain currentMaintain organized project files in accordance with established proceduresSubcontractor & Vendor CoordinationFollow up with subcontractors and vendors on outstanding submittals, documentation, and material deliveriesCoordinate required submissions in alignment with project scheduleTrack material prepayments and invoice status as directedNotify project leadership of outstanding or aging itemsSchedule & Reporting SupportAssist with updating weekly look-ahead schedules based on approved submittals and delivery timelinesSupport alignment between material tracking and project schedule updatesNotify appropriate parties of scheduled concrete placements and key deliveriesMaintain and update the weekly Roadblock Log and distribute as requiredPrepare and distribute daily project reportsMeeting & Administrative SupportCoordinate project meeting notices and distribute agendasPrepare and upload meeting minutesProcess timecards, expense documentation, and other administrative items as requiredAssist with collection and organization of project closeout documentationOther duties as assignedIdeal Candidate ProfileSelf-directed and able to operate with minimal supervisionStrong communicator who can confidently follow up with subcontractorsDetail-oriented with strong documentation disciplineComfortable working in an active construction environmentProcess-driven and proactive in identifying potential risks
