About the Role:
RBCO INC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Cottonwood Heights, UT! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key supporting role in driving projects forward and making a real impact within a dynamic organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things organized, we want to hear from you! This will be an onsite position laborer position.



Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers and superintendents on site.
• Maintain RBCO "brand"
• Clean jobsites
• Organize RBCO shop/ tool inventory
• We offer $300/ mo vehicle allowance 
• Travel to multiple sites each day is likely

Requirements:

• Valid Utah drivers license with clean record
• reliable transportation with current insurance
• Availability to travel to multiple sites 
• Good communication skills
• Normal working hours 8-4:30 Monday through Friday and some weekend work.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Wiliness to learn with opportunity to grow within the company
• Work is physical on site. Must be physically capable to clean up, move lumber, haul materials, dig ditches, perform general labor tasks.
