Job Title:   Construction Program Manager 2
Location:  Phoenix , AZ
Salary Range:  $80/hr to $90/hr on W2 

Introduction

This role involves managing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience supporting large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMP, CCM, PMI-SP, or equivalent are desirable
• Monitor project schedules and milestone performance
• Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project planning, execution, and delivery activities
• Monitor project schedules and milestone performance
• Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
