Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials and services
• Request, review, and compare quotes from multiple vendors
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors
• Ensure timely procurement to support project schedules
• Monitor market trends and pricing for construction materials
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Proven background in construction and procurement
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive deals
• Experience handling multiple supplier quotes and vendor comparisons
• Fully knowledgeable in procurement processes and construction materials
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
