Job Description

Manage multifamily construction projects from active construction through closeout, overseeing budget, schedule, contracts, and project financials. Work directly with owners, architects, consultants, superintendents, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project meetings, manage change orders, review cost reporting, and maintain project documentation in Procore. Report to a PX or VP while coordinating project engineers, field teams, and other project staff. Initially oversee 1 project with the opportunity to manage multiple projects as you become familiar with company processes. The Successful Applicant

Project Management experience with a General Contractor on commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, housing, or institutional projects. Comfortable owning project budgets, schedules, contracts, change management, and closeout activities. Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Strong communication skills with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership. Someone who is organized, accountable, and capable of managing multiple moving parts without constant oversight.

What's on Offer

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base salary + project bonuses + annual bonus potential. 15% bonus target, ESOP ownership program, profit sharing, 401(k), and potential sign-on bonus. $600/month vehicle allowance, 3 weeks PTO, and comprehensive benefits. Typically around 45 hours per week, Summer Fridays, promotion opportunities, and a strong pipeline of current and future work.
