Construction Operations Coordinator
Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $23-$26 per hour
We are looking for a Construction Operations Coordinator to support our office and field teams. This role helps keep daily operations running smoothly by providing administrative support, maintaining safety and fleet records, and assisting project and operations teams. The ideal candidate has experience working in construction, contracting, mechanical services, or a related industry.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers, operations teams, and field personnel with daily administrative tasks.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and record management.
- Maintain confidential employee and company information.
- Track safety training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate safety orientations and required training schedules.
- Maintain vehicle registrations, insurance records, and fleet documentation.
- Track vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and service appointments.
- Work with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with fleet reporting, vehicle assignments, and company records.
- Support additional operational and administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or operations support experience within the construction, mechanical contracting, engineering, industrial services, utilities, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting project teams, field operations, safety programs, fleet management, or construction operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with construction software such as Procore, Vista, Spectrum, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
