• Manage day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure quality work.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
