Location: Phoenix , AZ
Salary Range: $70/hr to $80/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Construction Quality Management (QA/QC) - 5 years
- Technical Construction Expertise (MEP/CSA) - 10 years
- Strong background in construction quality management, preferably within large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects
- Extensive experience in MEP construction, quality assurance and control, auditing, commissioning, and contractor oversight
- Quality Auditing & Compliance - 5 years
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in construction quality management, preferably within large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects
- Extensive experience in MEP construction, quality assurance and control, auditing, commissioning, and contractor oversight
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conducting site walks and reviewing quality audits and inspection results
- Tracking nonconformances and coordinating with general contractors and stakeholders to resolve quality issues
- Participating in construction and quality meetings, monitoring quality performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
