    Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span, including subprojects of larger, more complex projects. Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal. Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery ensuring all deadlines are met. Defines and reports program status, development issues and success metrics. Identifies and monitors areas of risk. Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule. Manages to budgets. Facilitates communication and coordination among projects. Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program. Adheres to standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques. knowledge of construction project best practices

    Explain what the scope of the work/project is? Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person
    responsible for). In essence, we're looking for a Construction Manager. Part of their role is to oversee Day to
    Day construction activities and to work with the project team to be part of the decision making, to attend all
    meetings concerning the project and complete weekly reports.

    What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications required? 10-15 years of experience in mechanical, civil,
    disciplines with a strong safety background. Ability to make decisions, solve conflicts and act as not only a
    team player, but a motivator. Previous leadership experience would be preferred. Strong communication is
    required as there will be a lot of communication with contractors and other site personnel. This resource
    should be able to provide good direction and recommendations on how to perform work and how it should
    look. Targeting Mechanical, Civil backgrounds. Someone who has had led a construction team and has
    similar previous experience with the racking systems and experience with different inverters. Someone who
    can follow a schedule and can follow drawings to verify the accuracy of the work that the contractors are
    performing.

    2. What non-technical skills are necessary (i.e., such as communication, problem solving, team player)? Strong
    communication skills along with problem solving. Must be safety minded.
    3. Ideal candidate background and how many years required? 10 to 15 years of experience. The emphasis is
    prior knowledge/experience with multiple different racking systems and familiarity with different brands
    and the components in addition to different manufacturers. The emphasis is almost like an expert level
    knowledge on these different systems on a solar plant, BESS.
