    Responsibilities:

    • Oversees project site budget tracking, construction quality, and safety standards
    • Develops monthly contract updates, conducts budget assessments, and manages amendment negotiations
    • Collaborates closely with contractors, clients, field staff, and designers to ensure project alignment
    • Conducts work reviews, identifies and rejects substandard work, and coordinates inspections and testing
    • Maintains detailed and consistent daily reporting
    • Drafts meeting agendas and contributes to the development of proposal materials

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience, including a lead role in $30 million or greater wastewater treatment facility project
    • Completed OSHA 10-hour safety training along with other construction safety courses
    • Comprehensive knowledge of construction management processes and strong financial acumen in project oversight
    • Skilled communicator, adept at working with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver quality results within budget and schedule
    • Highly driven, quick learner with exceptional organization skills
    • Proficient with construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
    • Strong understanding of construction practices, standards, specifications, and design plans
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Associate of Science or Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction-related program (+)
    • OSHA 30-hour safety course (+)
    •  Certified Construction Manager or ability to obtain certification (+)
