    WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

    The Technical Part:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or Engineering and over ten (10+) years of exposure in track Construction Management within the Pharmaceutical industry.
    • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
    • Strong verbal, technical writing , and interpersonal skills are required—high energy, self-starter, highly motivated, positive attitude.
    • Availability: Fully On-Site 
    • Experience in:
      • GMP manufacturing facilities and FDA standards.
      • Negotiation and communication skills.
      • Managing complex construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

    AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL:(The day-to-day on the job)

    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis and risk management plans.
    • Oversee all construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work, building erection, equipment installation, and commissioning.
    • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.
    • Manage project budgets, including procurement, labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Implement and maintain a robust quality control program, ensuring adherence to GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
    • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
    • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
    • Maintain all necessary project documentation.
    • Promote a safe and productive work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations.
