Construction Manager - Luxury Residential

We are partnering with a respected and growing custom home builder in the Waukesha County area to hire a Construction Manager. This role oversees the construction of high quality, architecturally driven homes and requires someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, and delivering a great client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of residential construction projects, from pre-construction through completion
• Interpret blueprints, design documents, and building plans
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• Conduct on-site quality control, ensuring adherence to building codes and company standards
• Communicate frequently with clients, architects, and internal teams
• Identify and solve issues quickly to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reporting
