    Position Purpose

    Runs the field. Owns daily construction execution, contractor coordination, site logistics and the physical installation of equipment, piping, electrical and ventilation systems in the sequence the schedule requires.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct all field construction activity, including rigging, setting, positioning and anchoring of reactors, columns, exchangers, pumps, compressors and tanks.
    • Own the site logistics plan for equipment arrival, including crane and rigging studies, laydown, access routes, offloading sequence and equipment preservation.
    • Coordinate the trade contractors so that mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation, civil and HVAC work sequences without interference or rework.
    • Run the daily plan of the day and the three week look ahead, and hold contractors to committed manpower and productivity.
    • Enforce the site safety program in the field alongside the HSE Manager, including permit to work, lifting plans, confined space and hot work controls.
    • Verify installed work against issued for construction drawings before it is covered, and reject non conforming work early.
    • Drive punch list generation and closure ahead of mechanical completion so that turnover to commissioning is not delayed.
    • Manage site access, temporary facilities, temporary power and waste handling.

    Required Qualifications

    • Ten or more years of industrial construction supervision, including direct responsibility for setting and aligning major process equipment.
    • Fluent reading of P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, isometrics, structural and electrical single line drawings.
    • Proven control of multi contractor sites with concurrent mechanical, electrical and civil scopes.
    • OSHA 30 and current rigging and lifting competency.
    • Track record of completing installation to a clean, inspection ready standard.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with stainless and hygienic piping systems, orbital welding or fermentation vessel installation.
    • Bilingual English and Spanish.
