Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be adept at managing project timelines and budgets.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 7 years of construction management experience
  • Must be a licensed General Contractor
  • Experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Some travel may be required
 
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with city officials, inspectors, engineers, and architects.
  • Review and approve project timelines, contracts, and change orders.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve field issues as they arise.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise site personnel and maintain quality control throughout the project.
  • Provide regular project updates to executive management.
