We are looking for a Construction Manager for a commercial water project for a federal facility in Butler, PA. This requires a strong background in commercial plumbing and supervisory experience.
Reporting to the site project manager, this person will oversee the plumbing side of the project:
Managing a crew and overseeing subcontractors
Monitoring construction schedules and activities
Ensuring safety protocols are followed
Reviewing the quality of work and materials
Tracking costs and ensuring budgets are met
Maintaining regulatory compliance activities and documentation
Weekly work schedule of Monday- Friday 7am- 3pm. Located on site in Butler, PA. This is a project and completion is expected in March 2027. New projects might become available with the company after completion of this project, but this is unknown at this time. Competitive compensation is offered.
Requirements
Construction experience with a strong background in commercial plumbing
Proven success leading a construction crew and managing subcontractors. Can communicate clearly and directly when needed
Can read and interpret blueprints and drawings
OSHA 30 certified or willing to obtain certification
Basic computer skills for entering data into Word and Excel for reporting
Lift and carry 50lbs
Work on a ladder at a max height of 12-15 feet
Able to work in a construction environment with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise,machinery etc.Ability to use hand and power tools, and equipment
Valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or GED
Can pass preemployment checks
