Construction Manager - Class A Office & Ultra-Luxury Interior Build-Out (Miami-Dade County, FL)

Florida Construction Connection is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for high-end commercial and residential interior construction in Miami-Dade County.

This role requires more than general tenant improvement experience. The right candidate must have successfully managed construction in high-rent, high-expectation business and residential districts, where finish quality, client service, schedule, logistics, and attention to detail are critical.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven construction management experience with Class A office interiors, executive offices, luxury commercial spaces, or ultra-luxury residential interiors
• Direct project experience in Miami-Dade County
• Experience working in premium markets such as Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, or comparable high-end districts
• Strong understanding of luxury finishes, architectural millwork, specialty materials, lighting, MEP coordination, technology integration, and detailed closeout
• Experience managing occupied buildings, high-rise logistics, building management requirements, restricted deliveries, elevators, neighboring tenants/residents, and demanding schedules
• Established familiarity with South Florida subcontractors, vendors, permitting, inspections, and local construction practices
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction and estimating through procurement, construction, punch, turnover, and closeout
• Strong owner, architect, designer, subcontractor, and client communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to protect both the design intent and the budget without compromising the finished product
