Construction Manager 5 | Austin, TX
Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Infrastructure Delivery team supporting cross-functional teams including Design, Procurement, Commissioning, Operations, and Lease Providers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills,exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills that will align successfully within the organization.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance, commissioning processes, turnover requirements, and compliance standards.
Proficiency with construction management software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and scheduling platforms (P6 experience preferred). PMP certification is a plus.
