LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm in Downtown Houston to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in construction law. This is a full-time, fully onsite (non-negotiable) opportunity supporting a highly respected partner and leadership team.
? Position Highlights:
- Location: Downtown Houston
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
- Billable Requirement: 130/month (1,550 annually)
- Monthly transportation allowance: $150
- Business casual environment
? What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience (required)
- Strong background in construction law and complex litigation
- Extensive trial preparation experience, including trial notebooks and courthouse prep
- Proficiency in document production and case management
- Experience with Everlaw (preferred)
- Strong court knowledge and hands-on litigation support experience
- Highly detail-oriented and able to manage high-level attorney expectations
?? Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage trial notebooks and litigation materials
- Support all phases of trial and courtroom preparation
- Draft and manage legal documents and filings
- Coordinate with courts and manage deadlines
- Handle document production and organize case files
- Provide direct support to senior leadership and litigation teams
? Team & Culture:
- Report directly to a Partner, Executive Committee member, and Construction Team Leader
- Work closely with a dedicated Legal Assistant for support
- Team-oriented environment with strong mentorship and high performance expectations
- Firm is seeking a career-minded, high-level paralegal due to replacement of a prior
underperforming hire
