Construction Litigation Attorney: Fully Remote Role Supporting a Southwest Florida Practice

Our client, a well-regarded Southwest Florida firm with a busy construction group, is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support its Fort Myers practice remotely. The group represents contractors, subcontractors, developers, and owners in construction defect, payment, lien, bond, and delay claims.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration, and occasional travel for depositions, mediations, site inspections, or hearings as needed.

What You'll Do

• Handle construction disputes from pre-suit investigation through trial or arbitration
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and lien and bond claim documents
• Take and defend depositions of project personnel and experts
• Work with consultants and experts on defect, schedule, and damages issues
• Counsel clients on risk, contract rights, and resolution strategy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of construction litigation or civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and case management skills
• Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel within Florida for key case events
