We Offer:

• Pay: $120-170k Base Salary plus Bonus
• Unique Bonus Structure: Up to $25K

Construction Litigation Associate Responsibilities:

• Representing commercial construction clients across the New York metropolitan area in complex litigation, claims, and dispute resolution
• Managing all phases of construction litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court for a diverse client base of developers, contractors, and design professionals

Construction Litigation Associate Qualifications:

• 2 – 7 years of Construction Litigation Defense experience
• Active NYS Bar License
