POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Construction Laborers

Pay Rate: $15 - $20

Location: South Hill, VA

Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:00 PM start (8 to 10-hour shifts)

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Assist carpenters and supervisors on-site
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
• Comply with safety protocols and wear required PPE (Hard hat, Safety steel toe shoes, Safety vest)
• Support project tasks as directed
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Help with other job duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work safely
