POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Construction Laborer

Pay Rate: $15 - $20 per hour

Location: Belle Glade, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, beginning at 7:00 a.m.

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Chip and grind concrete.
• Install X-plugs and patch tie holes.
• Sweep, stack, and organize materials.
• Drive stakes for formwork.
• Operate a scissor lift safely.
• Care for assigned tools and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Bring and properly use required tools, including a hammer, 25-foot tape measure, razor knife, tool belt, chalk box, and speed square.
• Follow safety directions, wear required PPE, and complete assigned training.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work consistently.
• Able to follow directions, stay on assigned tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are helpful but not required.
