Construction Laborers

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Bed Utility Operator for a precast concrete manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for assisting with all phases of concrete production, including preparing forms, tying rebar, pouring concrete, and finishing products. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

• Tie and place rebar according to production specifications
• Set up, clean, oil, and prepare concrete beds and forms
• Assist with pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete
• Place inserts, reinforcing materials, and embeds as required
• Strip forms and remove finished concrete products
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Assist with material handling and moving products throughout the yard
• Perform general labor duties as needed to support production
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience tying rebar and working with concrete preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow production drawings
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience in construction, concrete, fabrication, or manufacturing is a plus
• Strong attendance and reliable transportation required
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor for extended periods

Schedule: Monday–Friday with overtime
